I am an instructional designer splitting my time between the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology and other projects for various outside clients. I’ve designed online and print courses for industrial trades, nursing, continuing medical education, communications and psychology.

I completed my M.Ed. in the specific area of Educational Communications and Technology. My project, Continuing Medical Education at a Distance, took about a year and a half to complete, but offered me an amazing opportunity to apply everything I was learning about distance education and instructional design.

My research interests include virtual learning communities, blended learning, and social capital.
